- If you arrive late you may miss your allocated time slot.Please allow sufficient time to get to the event.
- Please arrive at the Percy French Inn, along with your email confirmation, 15 minutes before the time noted on your confirmation.
- Due to a Land Train operating in the event vicinity, children must be supervised at all times.
- Children MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult/guardian at all times.
- The Event organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a visitor without refund for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury or nuisance.
- The Event organiser reserves the right to alter the programme as necessary.
- Tickets are only available via the Ticketsource website. Any person who cannot identify themselves as linked to the purchaser of the ticket may be refused admission.
- Email Confirmation must be shown on arrival.
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a cancellation or postponement of the event by the Event Organisers.
- The Event Organisers do not accept responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to persons/property on or around the premises.
- Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Smoking will be limited to designated areas.
